- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish there was an option for a half star. This is a great place IF you have absolutely no competing priorities such as a doctor's appointment that run's over or a sick child. This center is completely inflexible. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a few appointments which I called and gave very legitimate reasons for and with no notice the physical therapist at this location discharged me. This means I have to once again see my doctor for a new script. Being that I was in a nine car pile up the last thing I want to do is set another doctor's appointment. I will also say there is one physical therapist on site who is "multitasking". He will be seeing you and multiple others. Your time means absolutely nothing. If your appointment is at 9 a.m. but you're not seen until 9:40 a.m. you won't even get an apology. I actually have a job so being on time is important to me. If you are looking for a center where you are more than a name and a number this is NOT the place for you. Completely unprofessional physical therapist.August 26, 2017by Tabitha B.
